Turn complex products into compelling stories
I help SaaS marketing teams create content that’s strategic, scalable, and drives pipeline, combining editorial craft with operational systems.
How I help
Writing & editing
Transform technical capabilities into narratives that resonate with multi-stakeholder buyers. I write and edit content that makes complex ideas accessible without dumbing them down—because your audience is smart, just busy.
Content operations
Design sustainable content systems that scale. Whether you're building workflows from scratch or fixing what's blocked, I bring operational rigor to creative work—so quality doesn't suffer when you need to produce high quality work.
Editorial strategy
Clarify what to say, to whom, and why it matters. I help you map content to business goals, prioritize what moves the needle, and build editorial frameworks that guide decisions long after our engagement ends.
Why clients choose Moodbeam Content
I don’t just write. I think strategically about narrative, operationally about workflow, and critically about what will move your business forward. You get editorial judgment and systems thinking in one partner.
How we'll work together
1. Discovery
You'll complete a brief intake form, then we'll schedule a call to discuss objectives, timeline, and budget. I'll ask questions about your audience, goals, and what success looks like.
2. Proposal & Agreement
I'll send a proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing, typically with two options. Once you decide, we'll formalize with a contract and handle any necessary onboarding.
3. Creation & Revision
I'll deliver a first draft according to our timeline. Your team reviews and provides feedback. We'll refine together—most projects need 1-2 revision rounds to reach final.
4. Delivery & Launch
You'll receive final files in your preferred format (Google Doc, Word, CMS-ready, etc.). Need support during launch? I'm available for last-minute questions or adjustments.
